Evan Chown is a musician, educator, and visual designer from Norfolk, Virginia, with over seven years of experience in the marching arts. A former Jersey Surf member (2017–2020) and current staff member, he serves as Horn-line Music Coordinator at Ocean Lakes High School. Evan is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Music Education at Old Dominion University, where he is a principal trumpet and active performer in several ensembles.
