2026 Eclipse Tour Packing List

Rehearsal Attire:

  • Socks (x14)

  • Undergarments (x14)

  • T-Shirts (x10-12) Plain white t-shirt is recommended 

  • Athletic shorts (x5-8) 

  • Recommended Shoes 

  • Hat (x1-2)

  • Volleyball knee pads (optional)

Performance Attire:

  • Black Compression T-Shirt (x2)

  • Black Compression Shorts (x2)

  • Tall Black Performance Socks (x2)

  • Uniform Shoes (For all musicians, discount for purchasing through Corps)

Toiletries:

  • Body Wash

  • Shampoo

  • Conditioner

  • Toothbrush

  • Toothpaste 

  • Nail Clippers

  • DEODORANT!!!!!!!

  • Towels (x1-2)

  • Shower shoes

  • Hairbrushes/combs

  • Hairspray/Gel (For performance)

  • Hair ties or bobby pins (If needed)

Sleep Equipment:

  • Air Mattress and pump, sleeping pad (Sleeping Cots are not allowed, they will scratch gym floors)

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

  • Sleeping Bag (if preferred)

  • Mouthpiece (Section specific, please purchase from the corps)

  • 1” Black Binder 

  • Page protectors for music

  • Mechanical Pencils

  • Valve Oil 

  • Tuning Slide Grease

  • Black Horn Towel (Hand Towel, Contras Bath Towel)

  • Black Mechanix Glove (x2)

  • ¾” PVC Pipe ½”-1”

Percussion Rehearsal Items:

  • 1” Black Binder

  • Page protectors for music

  • Mechanical pencils

  • Stick Tape (Talk to caption manager for type of tape)

Color Guard Rehearsal Items:

  • Gloves

  • Tape (Both strapping and electrical)

  • Screwdrivers for rifle bolts and straps

  • Any and all makeup and hair styling products

Other Necessities:

  • Phone w/ UDB App

  • Phone Chargers

  • Extension cords/power strips 

  • Fanny Pack

  • SPF Chap stick (Stay away from Chap stick that has vitamin E in it)

  • Brass Microfiber towel to wipe horn

Laundry Day/Free Day Items

  • $10 worth of cash or quarters (A mini m&m tube holds quarters perfectly)

  • Laundry soap

  • Bag to carry Laundry (A trash bag will work)

  • Swimwear

  • 1 set of free day/laundry day clothes

  • Febreze Fabric Spray

  • Handheld Fan

  • For brass Vitamin E for nighttime

  • Gold bond (Anti Chaffing powder)

  • Snacks For bus/free time

  • If you are flying from out of state, you can pack stuff in your water jug to save space
